We take into consideration your lifestyle and time constraints too. Next, we deliver on that plan – sometimes it’s through 1-on-1 personal training. Or, it might be in our small group, semi-private sessions. Lastly, we schedule check-ins to assess your progress. We ask how you’re doing. Are you taking steps in the right direction? It’s a process, but that’s what we’re here for. That’s what coaches do.
