Kill Your Excuses.

“I’m too busy” — “It’s too expensive” — “I’m too out of shape to do CrossFit” … I hear these lame excuses every day. It is very unfortunate because many of these individuals have been struggling with their health, and it is only going to get harder for them to discover the fountain of youth. We must kick the excuses to the side and find a way to make a lasting change.

On a scale of 1-10, how serious are you about becoming healthy and fit? If you’re a 7 then just stop reading right now. But, if you’re 10, then ask yourself why? You should say something like “I’ve neglected my fitness for a few years” — “I don’t have energy” — “I don’t want to be put on medication” — “I can’t even recognize the person I see in the mirror” — “I want to be around to see my Grandchildren one day” … Well, guess what? You’re not alone. The people doing tough and crazy CrossFit workouts, at our gym, started just like you. The only difference is that they took the first step and never looked back.

People are changing their lives every single day at Celebration CrossFit. Our athletes are very busy people with families to take care of and friendships to tend to in addition to full-time jobs, parties to attend, little league games to coach, weddings on the weekends, sick relatives to take care of, and homes to keep up. They could easily make excuses, but they’ve realized that excuses get them nowhere. In fact, it’s what got them to the point of being unhealthy, overweight, and out of shape. So, what do they do? They come into the gym for an hour 3 to 5 days a week and DO THE WORK.

If you’ve had enough and are ready to stop making excuses, I would love to have a conversation with you. ONLY click the link below if you are serious about getting your health back.
