Your “Why” & Why It Is Important

“Knowing Your Why”

A Navy Seal once told me, “If you’re not where you want to be in life, then you need to take a long deep look at yourself in the mirror.” What he was saying is this… you need to truly ask yourself the hard questions. You may not like the answers, but it will provide you with your WHY.

Once discovered, your WHY will act as your own personal North Star. When things get hard and it seems like everything is falling apart, your WHY will be there to guide you.

When it comes to accomplishing your health and fitness goals, there will be many bumps along the way. There will be set backs and failures. Most who embark on the journey to better their health will sadly give up.

Why does this happen? … Most people are not in tune with their WHY.

During a Free No Sweat Intro we will help you discover your WHY. We often hear, “I want to lose 10 pounds” … “I want to run a 5k” … or, “I want to look good for my best friend’s wedding!” These are all great reasons; but, if you want to achieve your goal, you need to dig deeper. What happens if you lose 10lbs? How would that make you feel? What happens if you don’t lose those 10lbs? Again… how will that make you feel?

I challenge you to take 10 minutes looking at yourself in the mirror. Ask the hard questions and reflect on the answers. Let me know your WHY.

If you need help discovering your WHY, we’d be a happy to talk with you! Schedule a No Sweat Intro here, and we will help you find your WHY.
